The PDP programs are made up of four six-month
rotational assignments at Abbott locations in Ireland, Europe and/or the US
over two years.
Abbott Ireland’s PDP Programs are structured to ensure that participants develop key functional and leadership competencies through exposure to a board breath of projects and experiences. A primary objective of the PDP programs is the development of the person in preparation for future key positions within the Abbott organization both in Ireland and internationally. As such, coaching and mentoring by our business leaders is a fundamental element of the PDP programs. Applications should be made through the Careers
